1. What we collect

• Newsletter / contact data: your email address (and name, if provided) when you subscribe or contact us.

• Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided), and order details when you buy from our shop.

• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider (Wix Payments). We do not store your full card details.

• Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• Marketing & analytics data: interactions with our site and ads, collected via cookies and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, where you have consented.

2. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To deliver your orders (process payment, fulfil and ship products, provide support) — legal basis: performance of a contract.

• To send our newsletter and marketing — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

• To run and secure our website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating, improving and protecting the site.

• To measure and target advertising (e.g. Meta pixel/ads) — legal basis: your consent, given via our cookie banner.

• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, tax) — legal basis: legal obligation.

3. Who we share it with (processors & partners)

We only share data with trusted third parties who process it on our behalf or as needed to provide the service:

• Wix — website hosting, forms, store and (where applicable) payments/email tools.

• Printful — order fulfilment and shipping; receives your name and delivery address to produce and send your order.

• Wix Payments — secure payment processing.

• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and the Meta pixel, where you have consented.

• Our email/newsletter provider — to send the communications you subscribed to.

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

4. Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, analytics and marketing. Non-essential cookies (including analytics and the Meta pixel) are only set after you consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the cookie settings on our site or your browser settings.

5. How long we keep your data

• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

• Order and transaction data: for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal/accounting obligations (typically up to [7] years under Belgian law).

• Technical/marketing data: for the lifetime of the relevant cookies or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our site and shop are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
