RETURN POLICY

Custom Fulfillment & Exchanges

 

Afrosteria partners with Printful for premium on-demand fulfillment. Because every item is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. Please refer to the sizing charts provided on our product pages to ensure the perfect fit before checking out.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

 

We stand by the quality of our drops, and Printful guarantees their print quality. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective:

  • You must contact us at shop@afrosteria.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. We will coordinate with Printful to issue a free replacement.

Packages Lost in Transit

 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and Printful to issue a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Packages that go unclaimed at customs or local post offices will be returned to Printful. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the item.

  • 30-Day Limit: Printful holds returned items for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity and can no longer be reshipped or refunded.

 

Where to Send Returns

 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Depending on where your item was fulfilled, approved returns must be sent directly to the specific Printful facility that processed your order (locations include the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, Japan, and Brazil). We will provide the exact return address when your claim is approved.

 

Sealed Goods

 

For health and hygiene reasons, Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods (such as face masks or undergarments) once they have been dispatched.

 

(Note: Exceptions apply for customers residing in Brazil and the EU, subject to local consumer protection laws regarding the right of withdrawal within 7 to 14 days. Please contact support for specific regional inquiries.)
