By completing your purchase with Afrosteria, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All of our products are exclusive, custom-made on demand, and fulfilled through our manufacturing partner, Printful.

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Made on Demand: Every item is printed or embroidered specifically for you once your order is placed. Your order details are routed directly to one of Printful’s global facilities for production.

• Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed and enters fulfillment at Printful, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes to sizing, color, or shipping address.

• Product Substitutions: In the rare event that a specific blank garment is out of stock at the facility, Printful may substitute it with a comparable, high-quality alternative to avoid fulfillment delays. If no alternative is available, we will contact you or issue a refund.

• Product Representation: We strive to display colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, due to the custom manufacturing process and varying screen displays, actual physical dimensions and colors may vary slightly from digital mockups.

Shipping & Delivery

• Timelines: Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. Fulfillment and shipping are handled by Printful via third-party carriers. External factors (customs, weather, carrier delays) may impact transit times.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for your order passes to you once Printful delivers the package to the shipping carrier.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties required by your local government upon delivery.
